I think its more easier to take the gland if he cut almost round areola anyway we patients of doc benny has almost the same procedure I dont know if it depends on how big is the gland is?for me it took 1 hour and half for  both sides.
 
im almost 2 months pos op now sometimes i still feel some pain inside i thinks its normal since the tissue is still reconstrkting.

thanks bro mga 3 months pos op medyo nag sisimula na ko mag gym pero dahan dahan lng kse pag medyo napwepwersa ramdam parang may napupunet na tissue sa loob pag ganon tinitigilan ko then nung 7 months na tska ko binomba sa gym.

Ang ganda ng results. inspiring. siguro sundin ko rin yung ginawa mo, after 3-4 months na ako magsimulang mag gym. yun din ang advise ni payperbred. tumataba ako ngayon kasi recovery pai i gained 5 kg dahil walang excercise, kain lang ng kain.

Bro, question lang, tiningnan ko kasi yung 1 week post op mo, halos similar sakin. mas malaki kasi yung left gyno ko, maraming nakuhang mass. di ka nagka experience ng depression/indentation above/below the areola? Yung sakin kc, parang may depression above the left areola, pero sabi ng mga doctor, once the swelling subsides, mag even na daw ang surface na may depression/indentation.

another thing: nga low carbs diet ka with your 8 months post-op pic?

kmusta trex actually parehas nga tyo mas malaki din yung left side ko ehh pero hindi naman ako nagkaron ng depression  ganon talga pag bago pa ang operation matigas sya basta  ingats lang lagi na wag matatag masyado or madangi kse baka mag dugo sa loob yun ang mahirap,may check up naman kaya pag nag pacheck up sabihin mo lahat sa doc lahat ng nanonoticed mo na kakaiba every patient kse may kanya kanyang situation. mas maganda talaga if mag gym ka sure mo na magaling na para walang risk agree ko kay paybrd na 3 to 4 mos.di ako nag diet nga ako siguro one month then gym and cardio para mawala tyan..

oks lng manaba ka muna habang nagpapagaling tska ka na lng bumawe pag ready to gym na..ask ko lng kay doc benny karen ba nag pa surgery?goodluck bro...

Yup, kay dr. benny din ako nagpa surgery. 17 days post-op pa lang ako. yung problema ko etong upper left areola ko, medyo noticeable talaga yung depression pero namaga pa naman yung surrounding area so may chance pa magheal. yung right areola ko din nag gape pagkatapos tinanggal yung sutures and nag shed ng skin. hahaaaay! Sana maayos din eto as i heal. its too early to tell pa naman.

actually bro its too early pa naman para makita mo talga 100% result ehh after 6 months pa siguro makikita mo talga kung ano naging 100% result yun sken akala ko din nun una parang may depression din pero habang gumagaling medyo nawawala na basta wait mo na lng bro konting patient lng at magiging oks din yan..nag tatake ka pa ba gamot till now?

Im 18 years old right now 2nd year college. ang hirap mabuhay in this situation. Im planning to have surgery pero I guess mahihirapan talaga ako mag pa surgery. tuloy tuloy kasi ang studies ko ngayon, so tuloy tuloy rin yung gastos sa school, medyo sakto lang kasi yung budget ng pamilya ko. And if ever naman na mag pa surgery ako sa tingin ko magsstop talaga ako sa pagaaral for a year or more dahil nga for the recovery time. Im just sharing this and hopefully get your opinions or thoughts about my situation.

hi faitonly musta pre?nakita mga picture mo medyo puppy talga yung syo I immagine na na mahirap talga kse dinaanan ko yan ehh napapansin lagi sinasabihan na mag bra and I know kung gaano talga ka stress pag napapansin, bata ka pa naman ako nga almost 30 yrs old na ng makapag surgery ako pero wag muna intayin mag 30 ka basta as soon as you can gawin mo na total gagawin mo din naman ehh sometime you have to sacrifice other things kaya kelangan mo mamili or mag aral or mag pasurgery both importante di ba! magsearch if may nag fifinance basta eto lng advice ko syo siguro naman nbasa mo na forum na tho! kay doc herbosa ka pumunta im sure alam nya how to treat our problem kse sa kanya ako nag pasurgery ehh..so pano just in case you need more advice email ka lng....goodluck
