There is absolutely no medical evidence to prove that nipple stimulation or masturbation (at any age) will result in the development of gynecomastia.  They are unrelated.

I developed B-C breasts by 7th grade.  I never stimulated my nipples.  At best it was irritating and annoying.  It made no difference.  The doctor kept saying do pushups and they will go away.  Instead they got bigger and bigger.  Have fun.
