Hi,

You know how it is said that muscles should not be worked out everyday and
some time must be given for them to rest after each workout? What about boxing?
Can I box everyday? Along with weight lifting I mean. Can I do weight training,
bench press, lifting weights, etc etc, three days in a week - with one day in between
each workout for them to rest - but box everyday?

I really think that boxing does have an effect on gynecomastia - it actually seems to make
them smaller.

Your going to be overtraining if you workout everyday, delayed muscle onset the next day is where your muscles are sore because they have small little rips, eating protein and resting repairs this muscle and thus makes them bigger & stronger. Your body builds muscle on days off and not when your training. By all means you can box everyday but when you workout you will need a day or two off to recover.

That is basically what I wanted to know: whether boxing affects this repair process or not. Thanks for the reply...
