I've been very lazy and haven't massaged lately and my left nipple has some scar tissue and also a little bit of creasing to it but nothing that i'm at all worried about. Still looks absolutely fine and is healing up nicely.
I have put some weight on since i had the op which i'm looking to lose i have been back on my diet almost a week now and going swimming once a week so i'm heading in the right direction. All in all i'm very happy with my results so far.

Mart.

It's the waiting and worrying that gets me, I play trough 15 worst case scenarios, instead of just waiting it out. I hear the scar starts to go after 3-6 months in most cases.

Hope your well.

Update: I have really slacked on the massaging lately I've probably done about 20 minutes worth in the last month or so which just isn't good enough. Still have scar tissue but it isn't too bad if I'm being honest. With regular massage that should go away. The lipo incision scars are starting to fade away now, I haven't used anything on them just let them heal and fade naturally. The only problem I have at the minute is with myself, as I have put a fair bit of weight on since the op through being lazy, I've put a bit of weight back on my chest but it hasn't changed the shape of my chest which I'm happy about, once I lose the excess weight my chest will be almost perfect. So the plan from now on is to massage regular and lose some weight.

Hello mart,

Long time no speak i just have reply to your post on my thread,

Results still look brilliant, You need to get to the gym and build up that muscle now.

Dont worry about the scar tissue i just wrote about this on my post it will go and if i dont its only a few injections to burn it away.

Keep us updated with the massaging see if it makes any diffrent but ill be perfectly honest i think once i goes hard from not massaging theres not much you can do but wait for your body to deal with it.

Hi Jake,

Haven't really bothered to massage much tbh, don't think it will do too much now anyway. Gonna get myself back in the gym as you have done as yo look fantastic for it. Gotta lose the weight that i have put on, i go on holiday in 8 days and will definitely be taking my top off :D

Will get some pics up in next couple days guys.

I wish i massaged to be honest then maybe this scar tissue below would be alot flatter but im going to give it 1 year before i consider burning it away.
Yep i reccomend to anyone post op to get down the gym work's wonders sculping your chest back to how it should be, Ive only been training around 2 months so it should look even better 1 year post op.
Were you off to mate? Thats the best thing the op does allows you to take your top of and be confident again espically in a nice hot country ;D
Please do i would like to see your results

Hi guys,

Went to Portugal for my holiday had an amazing time taking my top off on the beach and stuff :)
Not been on here much lately but will update pics and stuff within the next few days. Haven't massaged at all for the last couple of months, doesn't really feel like there is much, if any, scar tissue there anymore. All i need to do now is get my lazy bum back in the gym like Jake has done.
Will get pics up very soon.

Mart.

Hi Mart,

I am a newbie on here, just in the process of putting my deposit down today for surgery at the same place.  Can I ask:

Did you book the hotel through Jeremy? Did you forward the money to him to arrange?

If not, how do you get the discount, and also, do you book one night separately and then 5 nights after due to staying in the clinic one night?

Redman its cheaper to sort out your own hotel i would reccomend ibis.

The amount of time you spend in poland its completly up to you one night will be spent in the surgery.

Sounds like it may have changed since you had the op then Jakey, the surgery now asks you to stay 1 night in clinic post-op and 4 nights after that in a local hotel.  If you want to stay less you have to pay extra due to the risk.  I am guessing this wasnt the case a year ago?

redman, this 4 days policy was in place for me when I booked my operation for November. it was in place at least since August 2011 when I first contacted the clinic. having said that Katarzyana discharged me from her clinic only 2 days after surgery. I had the op on a Wednesday and she said I didn't need to come back in after my examination on the friday! This was because I was due to be seen one final time on the monday in the afternoon but my airport transport was booked for the morning and she wouldn't see me on sunday. So I felt like I overbooked my accommodation and therefore overpaid but I guess it's better to be safe than sorry. fortunately my operative and post-operative period was entirely uneventful.

Wow not been on this site for about 5 months now, sorry everyone.
Now 10 months post op and almost fully recovered i would say, over the moon with the results at this point. No gyne, puffy nipples, scars are fading nicely so i'm very happy. No scar tissue either, well none that i can feel anyway.
The only thing i'm disappointed with is myself for being lazy and keep starting and stopping the gym but fully joined up to one now with direct debit so will definitely go as don't want to waste money lol. Put a bit of weight on but whereas before it would all go straight onto my chest it hasn't much this time.

The weather has been lovely lately and it's great just picking a t shirt out of my wardrobe without thinking about how i'm going to cover my gyne. I used to dread summer but now i love it again. It's amazing how it changes your life, still can't beleive i had the surgery done i remember when i first started thinking about it and saving uo for it and it seemed so far away but now it's been and passed and im on the other side.

My advice to anybody suffering with gyne is to get the surgery, yes it's a lot of money but it's the best way i've eer spent cash in my life, worth every penny. I wont lie it's not an easy road to recovery as you worry about scar tissue, scars, inverted nipples etc but the number one rule is patience, you will need a great deal of patience and the results will come.

Hope all of you from before are doing well jakeyboy, nufc etc and hope you have recovered as well as me and are happy with your results. Will have a good luck through your threads over the weekend.

Will take some pics tomorrow and out them on here and will visit the site at least once a week from now to help people as much as i can, i know how much it can help to hear from somebody like me who has had the surgery and can offer advice.

Any questions just message me.

Mart.
