gynecomastia and cellulite

I was always a little feminine as a kid and have gynecomastia since puperty, though not extrem.
I am also overweight with a bmi of 28 (i am also 28) and noticed that I am developing cellulite lately :/

has anyone who has real gynocomastia also experienced this, alongside other more pronounced attributes ie. soft skin, more fat depots on the hips so on.
