Do I have Gynecomastia?

What kind of doctor do I talk to about this? I haven't been to a doctor in years

My patients typically start out with me. If they have issues fitting my Red Flag System, then they set sent off to an Endocrinologist. Self medication without diagnosis is not the right way to start as it can interfere with the necessary lab testing if there are problems needing solving.

I went to a Endocrinologist he basically told me I don't have gynecomastia, and he said he couldn't feel a gland at all. but I feel it not just behind the nipple it extends past the nipple on both sides. he told me i could take an estrogen blocker (which is why i started) but haven't seen any improvements yet been on it 17 days now. The gland hurts like a sore feeling when i feel it now, i don't know if that's because its being starved without any estrogen and is working or that it maybe is making it worse?
