hello
i want to know  after a surgery i can go to the gym,and the gynecomastia disappears for ever? thank for any help.

from what I understand, yes it is gone forever if you get the surgery.  the surgery being the excision of breast tissue.

Ask your doctor when you can head back to the gym, mine told me four weeks.
