10th day post op
Procedure: Lipo only at first (but when doc edwin cannot remove the fat around areola he performed excision)
Update: Wore elastic bandage for only 7days. Minimal and tolerable pains. No more bandage or gauze on the wounds. Not taking any medicines anymore just vitamin c and drinking orange juice for the wounds to heal fast. Still have bruises and swelling but getting better every day.

Guys I wore the light colored long sleeves which I can't wear before. Ngayon kayang kaya na! Can wear more, can do more! Wooooh!

Kaya lang hindi binawasan ni doc areola ko. Sabi niya looks normal naman daw ang laki. Medyo nahigh light tuloy yung tiyan ko dahil lumiit dibdib ko. Di bale, next project, abs naman. Hindi na lipo, exercise na lang. Acceptable naman malaki tiyan sa lalake wag lang dede. Haha!

16th day post op. Still experiencing minor pains, just like puncturing a needle around the areola. I can now move my arms upward. Bruises become yellowish with some red and gray in color, i guess these are signs that they're already fading. I can still feel swelling on my right chest but not as thick as before. Sometimes i feel like there are still medicines or i guess anaesthesia on the swelled parts. I can feel it moving while lying in bed. I mean it's texture inside. For appearance, areaola a bit puffy, but not that noticeable. Chest shape is coming back, cleavage at the center is forming. I can feel tightness on my chest, it's just like when i do strecthing, skin will tear apart. Too early to tell the result but i can say, it's way better than before.

hello Ashamed.. halos parehas pala tayo ng case im in 14th day post op na but under Doc Benny in Makati.  Ganyan din feeling ko ngaun may konting kirot. Nasa abroad din ako dumating d2 last May 8.  Ang difference lang natin ay meron pa rin akong suot na compression shirt, bakit ikaw pedeng wala na?  Tanggalin ko n rin kaya.. hehe. Marami ba natanggal sau? dko makita uploaded pic mo eh

On may 2 (7th day post op) fly na agad ako ng singapore. Same day pinaalis na ni doc edwin yung bandage. Mas nahihirapan pa ako pag may bandage. Mas namamaga kasi masikip. Hindi makabangon, di makabihis at makatayo magisa.
