seen my local doctor His solution was " build up the lower part of the chest. " So i did this, And still the same so heres some pictures. I'm 20 years old and will be seeing a surgeon as soon as i start working again. Just wondering if anyone else has them like this.

I've actually lost quite a bit of body fat, I went from 205 with moderate muscle but 20-22 percent body fat to now 170 lbs maybe 14 percent body fat or so
Ive been as low as 155 or so with 12 percent body fat

155 ish I was cold so nipples were quite normal! but still VERY VERY noticable in person

Current weight 170 at 5"9

Your photos reveal puffy nipples and perhaps some excess tissue on your chest as well (only an in-person exam can be more definite).  You are at a terrific height/weight ratio -- no additional weight loss is necessary, nor would it improve your gyne.

Since this condition has been present for eight years, your best bet would be to consider surgery.  This is elective surgery -- no rush -- so do your homework carefully and find a plastic surgeon who has  interest and experience in gyne surgery.

There is a thin muscle just under the areola that when stimulated, can hide puffy nipples. I have a demonstration of that on my site. That is why both examination and taking pictures of the male chest needs to be done in a warm room. If you check my resources about Standard Pictures for Gynecomastia, you will see using a warm room is critical for providing photos that demonstrate what is going on. I evolved those standards since I see patients from around the world and wanted a system where my patients could send me images that really showed what the problem looked like during my Remote Telephone Discussion to minimize travel to Virginia.

Congratulations on the weight loss. 35 pounds may or may not have left a loose skin component. In situations like that I add several other standard views that can be seen on Standard Views for Loose Skin of the Male Chest. I use bending over to let gravity pull the skin away.

I work with many bodybuilders and they all complain that as they build their muscles, what sits on top gets pushed further out. However, the extra muscles can tighten loose skin.

You can see many examples of Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia on my site. You are not alone. However, surgery for this contour issue is different than other types of gynecomastia. Look for actual examples of a surgeon's work on this variation of male chest contour issues before risking an operation.

Hope this helps,
