Hi Dr Bermant

Now that you have announced your retirement this summer, can you recommend a plastic surgeon anywhere in the world to perform gynecomastia surgery? I believe many out there would like to have an answer to that question.

The thing is that when I read posts on this forum I can only find post where you criticize, or make bad insinuations of other doctors, both on or off this forum. At the same time you seem to be the only doctor being able to perform surgery without bleeding, swelling, pain or post op complications. Fantastic! It almost seems self righteous.

Back to the question can you recomend anyone but yourself to perform this surgery?
