ok guys i finally got the courage to put the pics up on pics section.im 6 foot.around 215 pounds.
ive already had a op galndular and bit of lipo by a general surgeon wen i was about 19 but still not happy.
my plan is to reduce the body fat to aroun 15 % then go for surgery again.
how bad do u think it is?theres still gland left.nipples are inverted most of the time as well but can erect.
ive had gyno since i was 12.

you look exactly like me except your surgeon seems to have removed too little and in my case they removed too much. your scar is difficult to spot but because its similar to mine I could see it.
I strongly advise you to go to aplastic surgeon not general surgeon.
you have a gland and fat below the arm pits.
a good plastic surgeon can fix this, do not do my mistake which i payed for the price of 3 surgeries and one more to come.
