Compression vests UK

After i get surgery I apparently need to wear a vest for 3-4 weeks! Doesn't really bother me, but since I'm keeping this a secret from my parents at home, I can't keep putting the one that Karidis will give me, in the wash. So my only option is to just buy quite a few, but finding it hard to get info on some UK product, that would be best for me. Only decent one I've seen is
