Hi, I've made an enquiry with Spire Heathcare for my post pubertal gyno which I've been living with for about 16 years (protruding puffy nipples which have soft gland behind) Spire replied to my email with the following: 'The guide price for this procedure under our complete care scheme guide quotation for male breast reduction including liposuction is '3,980'. 'I would suggest a consultation and assessment with our cosmetic surgeon before we can calculate an accurate cost to include gland removal if necessary'.  'Before any procedure can take place, you will need to meet with Mr John Davison for an initial consultation and assessment which will be free of charge'.
Now does this mean that the total price with lipo & gland removal is '£3,980' or does this mean there will be extra cost?? Also has anyone had Gyno Op with Spire Healthcare or with Mr John Davison??
