Thanks for your reply but I'm actually trying to gain weight.  I'v been really into bodybuilding the last like 9 months and I'm trying to put on a lot of lean mass.

I should have rephrased that about the drink, it's not the calories i worry about but it's the sugars i worry about.  Sugars spike insulin levels which can cause the body to store fat if you're not exercising at the time.  So i try to limit my sugar intake for pre and post workout.

I eat pretty clean.  Lots of skinless chicken breast, tuna fish, rise, potatoes, vegetables, fruits (not many though), lean beef, other types of fish like salmon and shrimp, only whole wheat bread, plain old fashion oatmeal, etc.

My body type is ecto-mesomorph but more on the ectomorph.  My diet now consists of around 3,700-4,000 calories a day.  Since i'v started bodybuilding I have put on 15lbs, and only an extremely small amount of fat-nothing visible.
