got teary-eyed upon stumbling on this forum and reading real live accounts of men suffering gynecomastia like me..  I myself was clueless of where to begin and have made wrong choices before like liposuction.. try to take vitamin c para makatulong sa healing process mo.

yung regular bandage ok na yon.  mas maganda ang velcro than sa pin. wag nang gumasto ng mga adidas na fit shirts na yan.  doesnt really matter.  just avoid extensive movement in the next few weeks to a month, then start slow back up again.
