Is surgery required in my case :( ????










I had moobs since young age but they were never been so visible but now its hard to wear t shirts

do i need a surgery

will appreciate >:( your opinion and comments

You seem to be in quite decent shape with perhaps just a few extra pounds around your abdomen.  Try getting down another 10 pounds or so.  For a better shape, try wearing a compression garment.

Surgery is NEVER mandatory for gynecomastia.  It is only if it bothers you sufficiently that you might consult with a plastic surgeon.
