I have finally saved up enough money to get the procedure done, but now I need to find a reputable surgeon relatively close to Louisville, KY. Any suggestions? Any feedback would be much appreciated.

not to discourage other replies, but try the site search engine as well.  these boards have actually been through two prior version incarnations where they couldn't export the archives, but you might stumble across something relatively recent too.
