How are we supposed to post pictures when there is no apparant way to do so

There are places to post pictures yet I can find no way at all to post any pictures.  Links are disabled even within img tags and there is no way to directly upload pictures via a non-existant BROWSE option.  Please explain.  Are pictures now not allowed?

Teething pains witb the site redesign that went up last week.

Try again now. You should see the options to attach a file when you click on Additional Options, and alternatively you should now be able to use

 [IMG]http://example.com/sample.jpg[/IMG]

image tags to include a picture that is hosted on a different site.

Please let me know if it still doesn't work for you.
