Arimidex: One month results

I posted a few weeks back that after my second gyno surgery I was going to go on a drug called arimidex. The goal was to ensure that I will never have gyno again.

Along with arimidex I have made some serious life changes. I no longer drink, lift weights 5 days a week, cardio 4 days a week, sleep well, and eat healthy.

I have noticed a significant drop in social anxiety.

In 4 weeks I have put on 25 pounds. A little more fat than I would like; but also some muscle.

I am taking .25 mgs of arimidex every morning.

How has this affected your gynecomastia, or has it?

I had it removed a month ago.
