Hey Doctors, out of all your moderately severe gyne cases, could you give me a rough estimate on the patient satisfaction rate (percentage), compared to the patients that weren't as happy and maybe asked for a revision surgery. The surgeons on this forum are probably more experienced , making for higher satisfaction rates, so could you do this from the perspective of a semi-experienced, "average" plastic surgeon. Thank you.

I think you've posed a question in a way that none of us can answer.  As you've observed, the majority of our patients are satisfied--I'd say at least nearly 95% before revisions, since you're talking about "moderately severe" cases, where a single procedure is effective and revision rates are generally low, maybe 5 - 8% at the most.  But we can't even begin to guess what sort of results the "average" plastic surgeon gets with these same patients, since it really depends on his or her experience, and there is no forum where they share that information.
