Few questions

  I feel I have a somewhat severe case of gynecomastia. I am a big guy ( 6'4 320 ) . I am completely comfortable being a big person, I played football all my life so was always encouraged. However, I am extremely self conscious about the breasts. I would love to get the surgery, but simply cannot afford it atm. My questions are about the compression shirts, which I just recently found out about. First, is it better to go with a full shirt style or the sports bra type style?? And when picking one out, do I go with what my normal shirt size is, or go smaller for more compression?? I just want something to smoothe out and make it so nipples dont poke out so much. Any help is appreciated thank you.
