It sure looks like it. Kind of medium sized. A start is to loose weight and see how thongs end up. With that much additional skin of long standing they are NOT going to go away. I dealt with it by becoming a nudist and getting rid of body shame. The choices are to suffer shame and fear, bullies and harassment, to accept it one way or another or get surgery. It's much more common than I ever believed. Growing up it seemed like I was all alone as most of the guys hide in shame. Incidence is almost 50% between fat, puberty, medications and age 50+ onset. You can't watch an evening of TV without seeing lots of it, under shirts and bare chested. As a nudist it doesn't bother me in the least. I get plenty of hugs from the ladies. It's not a detriment at all. Some even want to do the "you can feel mine if I can feel yours". There is curiosity from the ladies but it isn't hostile like the textile men. Nudist clubs are safe and friendly and NOBODY at all is hostile or bullying. Best of luck.
