need help-I'm new

I'm 37 years old and think facing with Gynecomastia and unhappy with my breast.of course it's been along time that gradually seeing enlarging in my breast.it realy bother me and up to now i've not visited any doctor. now i'm going to do something but for first step not sure going to a plastic surgeon or any other expert? if needed i'll send my breast pics later. thanks for your advice
