Hello. At age of 15 a felt lumps in my breast but I didn't really care about it since I had no idea that something like gynecomastia exist. One or two years ago I even felt very uncomofortable itching on my nipples but I still didn't care about it. I was never the type who checks himself in the mirror. But some time ago It was pointed out that I have chest a little like a women so I did some research about gynecomastia. I am pretty sure I had it. But now I can't feel lumps and It is not itching anymore. I still have fat in my breasts though. Could absence of lumps and itching be sign of gynecomastia going away?
If it is, is it possible to lose that fat without surgery?
I am 18 nad half by the way. Also my BMI is 22.37 if that helps.

Your BMI is excellent -- you need not lose weight.  And since you have had the condition for over 3 1/2 years, it is likely that it will not disappear spontaneously.

The absence of itching, tingling, palpable lumps, etc, does not indicate that it is on its way out -- it only means that the condition has stabilized.

Some guys adapt and live with it -- and others seek to deal with it with surgery.  If you opt for surgery, then do your homework and find a specialist surgeon who will do the right job  for you.
