Puffy nipples in Sydney

Hi guys.

I've basically got puffy nipples. Its something ive had since teen years and have lived with it but am looking to get it rectified. I wouldn't say I have a severe problem as when its cold and they stiffen up my chest looks normal. I went to the GP and he felt around and couldn't feel any gland issues but I'd rather go to a surgeon.

I've seen a wild range of different quotes and prices from $3k up to $7k for surgery. Given my relatively minor circumstances does anyone know what I would expect to be paying for this type of surgery?

I have a relatively low body fat of around 12% and am quite fit with good muscle mass. Haven't taken any roids before.

Any guidance would he very much appreciated.
