Hey people,i'm 14 from 2 months now and i have had "man boobs" since i was little, like 8.
I do volleyball for 4 months now and before that soccer.
My left breast is bigger than the right one and when i touch them it's like there are hard balls in there,im a little overweight.
It's pretty embarassing,i live in italy and now that the summer is coming im so depressed about this.
It is so embarassing,i don't know what to do.
Thanks for reading and please be kind enough to respond.

I understand what you are going through.  Have you talked with your parents?  My son is 13 and had the surgery in December.  My suggestion is to talk with your parents first.  You may be surprised at how understanding they may be. I wish my son would have told me his concerns alot sooner than he did.  Just talk with them.  It may be hard but you have to do it.  If they have any questions, they are welcome to contact me.  My husband and I would answer any questions they may have.

He has done amazingly well!  His recovery has been great and he looks awesome!  Your Mom and Dad will figure out what to do.  My son had a very severe case so we had to do something quickly for him.  Wear some compression garments in the meantime until ya'll get it all figured out.  Hang in there and know you are not alone in this.

@ Dussa- I had my first surgery at 14. I say first because about a year after my initial surgery I experienced regrowth ( in hindsight some of which was scar tissue). I would advise you to get your son to an endo if you have no already. I would also educate yourself and your son on the causes for gyno so that he can take steps to ensure it will not return. Just some advice I wish my parents had when I was 14.

Thanks!  I do live in fear of that happening:(. I have researched all I can on the subject.  I don't even let him eat or drink out of plastic anymore!! He thinks I have gone stark crazy because of all the changes we have made!!!!

Good! Glad you're on top of it. I believe that gyno cases are increasing solely due to processed foods and artificial hormones. When I was 10-16 I used to drink mountain dew by the box. There were days where that's all I would bother consuming. I always wonder if the chemicals used to line the cans, combined with poor nutrition allowed my bodies estrogen/testosterone ratio to go off the rails.

You should also convey to your son as he gets older that supplements are on the NO list as well. A lot of times young guys with gyno never lose there negative body image and wind up at gnc buying something that can lead to another case of gyno. My 2nd case of gyno developed after using a supplement called ZMA. Good luck!

Your gyno returned from ZMA!?  Wow, I've never heard of this before.  How do you know it was the ZMA if you don't mind me asking?  What specifically in the ZMA was it?  I mean, ZMA is just zinc and magnesium, correct?
