You have had both levels done? What are they?

Too much T - can get converted into excess E. Bodybuilders face this.  Also even normal levels of T can get converted into E due to age, or to excess fat, or other reasons.  

T/E ratios of 20 or better are also another target beyond individual T or E values.

I also wondered about hormones and their effects so my family doctor sent me to an endocrinologist and he examined me and sent me for bloodwork. They will be able to tell if your hormones are balanced and they check a lot.
