URGENT! what do i do!?

I had my durgery on 03-26. The steri-strip finally came off today, and look what's underneath!  What should I do?  I tried calling my Doctor, but i'll have to wait until tommorow.  Will this heal by itself?  
 
OKAY, update on this situation.  My surgeon Dr. Delgado said that this is normal pink skin.  whew lol.  still looks scary as hell!
