My initial results were fantastic. A month or so afterwords there was some scar tissue build up that gave me some doubts... but my doctor was successful in treating them with kenalog shots.... Now im happy as a clam.

I'm a bigger guy, I went into surgery 5'10, 210 lbs.  I had gland excision, plus lipo done.  At first, I was unsure of how I felt about the results.  I had a 3 month check-up with my surgeon, and we discussed the results in detail.  I still had some swelling, but he said that I just have a bigger frame, and also suggested that I do some chest exercises such as inclined bench presses to tighten things up a bit.  Also, it was suggested on this board that losing more weight overall would improve the appearance.

I've lost about 15 lbs and have done the chest exercises 3 days a week for the last 3 months.  My results are looking much better.  It seems like for bigger guys, surgery can get you to a certain point, but you have to take things into your own hands with exercise and weight loss afterward (or before) to get where you want to be.
