4 days post surgery - soreness and bruising?

I went with dr. Jacobs and so far pleased but obviously sore and bruised. When typically soreness typically go away? For instance,  just around the house activities or carrying something with a handle you feel pain on your pecs. I'm ok with the binder for a month I just want the pain and bruising to go away so I don't have to be so gingerly in my daily activities! Like pulling the apartment trash chute open hurts etc. Reaching behind to adjust pillow...

After a week or so it will be much better. It just takes several weeks to go back to normal activities

After 2 weeks most of the swelling and bruising disappeared. Almost 3 weeks and it's 99 percent gone. But nips still feel very numb and tender, scar tissue has arrived and it's a bit puffy but still much much improved over pre op condition
