Compression vest or tube

hi ,
one of the PS i met suggested using compression bandage ..... looks like a tube . is this good enough? what will be the disadvantage of using the tube rather then the compression vest.

I think compression bandages offer just as much compression as a compression vest... they are just more targeted over a specific area... I wouldn't worry.

Problem with a compression vest is they compress all over. My compression vest is very tough on my stomach, even though there is no reason for it to be so tight there.
