I'm 9 weeks post op, but I'm concerned that my doctor has not removed all the breast tissue. I've attached pictures.

Am I right in thinking that my chest should be flatter by now? I'm 5'5" 115 pounds, so it's not extra fat. Will my chest continue to flatten over the next four months? Is this caused by scar tissue?

The pictures don't really do justice as the flash flattens detail and contour. But I was shopping for clothes today and I looked almost like I had pre-op. Still can't wear anything without my chest popping through the shirt.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I think it looks fine. Your aureolas look flat, the nipple is still there but I think that's just normal, and it looks like the underside of the pec is pretty flushed with your rib cage/solar plexus area. Maybe it's your muscles that  you're seeing.
