Now I'm 17,I get this when I was 13.My adolescence is gone,the nipples are still up there.Left one is little bigger than the other.I do have gynecomastia,right? I dont reallly want to have a surgery.

If you have had gyne for four years, then indeed surgery would probably be your best option.  There are no exercises, medications or injections that will magically make it disappear.

Best to consult with a plastic surgeon who is experienced and interested in gyne surgery.  Then it is a matter of asking your folks to help (insurance usually doesn't cover this surgery) or saving money to have the operation done sometime in the future.
