Surgery success in Poland

I am looking for any information about surgeons,and prices on gyno surgery in poland, I have read some threads but would like to talk to people who have experienced it. I have had it for a number of years and am have finally decided surgery is the only way to go.prices in the uk and Ireland are way to expensive as I am from Ireland and cannot afford the surgery here. I would much appreciate any success story's and experiences so I can make the best and most informed decision on where to get the surgery done. Thanks :-)
