Very Puffy Nipples

Hi everyone.

Long time board member here posting for first time in about 6 years. Long story short, previously had a bad case of gyno, found a good doctor through this website in Los Angeles (Dr. Sanders), and got the procedure done.

Unfortunately, while the gyno itself has just about stayed gone, I still have a rather bad case of big puffy nipples. The doctor insisted they would go away, but never did, and now it's too late to do a re-op.

The nipples themselves are just big and puffy, however don't protrude very much and when i lift my arms up, they are pretty flush against my chest. Still, I must ask, what's the best course of action?

Not too much of a problem in my eyes. Wear a compression vest of you're conscious of your nips poking through
