I had surgery July 9th 2012, done by Dr Lista. Dr Lista is fantastic. At five weeks post, I have no complications and life is great. Cloths look great and I blend in. My posture has corrected and my confidence has sky rocketed.

I have lived with moobs from 16 to 48. I'm a master of concealing them. I stayed fat to hide them. Developed bad posture. Shunned pools and beaches. The story is the same as any gyno guy.

Been wearing sport compression vests for the last 6 years. I got sick of them and decided to have the moobs removed. 30 years too late but better than never. Well, they were gone in a few hours. Unbelievable but a reality.

My recommendation is to have the surgery. Don't put your life on hold. Be the man you always wanted to be.

Thanks for the post!  My surgery is tomorrow morning.  I'm 33 and I can't wait to see what is in store post op.
