i have started smokin....not dope......i smoke cigarretes....around 2 everyday.....i have a somewht severe case of gyne....will it effect it even more...but i have also reduced my alcohol intake from once in a week to once in 2 weeks

Congrats on cutting down on alcohol. You should quite smoking, too. It's terrible for you, makes you stink, and is no longer "in fashion."

You'll be a better man without it.

Smoking is bad news, but ai do not know of any connection between it and Gynecomastia.

Alcohol is a different issue,  It had advers effects on both the liver and the testes.  Problems with either the liver or the testes are potential precursors for Gynecomastia.

Usually, the amount of alcohol would be rather large and over an extended period of time.  however I have heard of young men who had a rather short history of drinking who had a problem.  Binge drinking is another and potentially serious concern.
