Advice : Liposuction in Bangalore

Hi Guys, Need your help. I underwent gynecomastia surgery last year @Manipal by Dr.Anantheshwar. But the problem is I have a huge belly as well, so it's not looking good. I want to undergo liposuction of the tummy. Dr.Anantheshwar is not agreering do it. He wants me reduce it through exercise. I have tried that but failed. And I don't have patience. So I am planning to get it done somewhere else. I asked Dr.Venkatesh, he said the charges would be 1 to 1.2 lacs. It includes tummy liposuction, removing some fat still present in my chest and giving fat injections to elevate the depression around nipples caused due to removing the glands last year. Do you think the amount reasonable? Do you think any other place is better and cheaper? Really need all you advice please.
