The results seems good brother.. I also had gynecomastia surgery but have some variation between my right chest and left chest.. Dnt forget to wear the compression garment. Mine is also 2 weeks post op

Thanks. My compression vest feels loose. I have to stand and push my chest out to really feel it. Waiting to get new vests soon. Did you have different amounts of fat and gland removed from each side? Maybe that's why your right and left is different? It's only two weeks in anyway so you should be alright.
