Post-op results?

  I just had a surgery a few days ago with Dr. Tim Love in Oklahoma. Surgery itself was a breeze, went under woke up feeling fine. Mild soreness and I did notice a difference.
  I was wondering though, how much more can you expect post-op, after recovery? I'm in my 4th day and if I put on a wifebeater I can still see the old pokiness. Is that because of the swelling?
   I'm assuming it's because it will take my body time to adapt to such a radical change, but I wanted to maybe see someone else's experiences with it.
