Anyone have any information on surgery in S. Korea?

I will be living in Busan for the next year and a half.

South Korea is supposed to have many experienced plastic surgeons, but it is hard to find information, especially specifically for gynecomastia.

For a number of reasons I feel it would be ideal to have surgery here.

Does anyone have any experiences or information they can share to help me?
