38 Years of Gyne?

I'm a 38 year old, 6', 180 lbs.  I have had, what I consider to be gyne, since about 12 or 13.  What do you think?  Bad?

Doesn't seem too bad, and it does look like something that is not discernible through a t-shirt.

I'm actually seeing Dr. Silverman in Boston on Monday.  I'm tired of it.  I've tried dieting; I've tried working out.  Nothing works!

I can see some gyne in there. But not a serious case. The pictures are not that clear either, so a bit difficult to give you a clear opinion...

okay.. you have gland. if it bothers you, you can always get surgery for it..

as others have said, its not such a bad case.. so yeah.. the rest is all up to you.
