WILL THE FUN FOR ME EVER END??????

In my last post I said how my boobs have grown for the past year I WAS holding A large B to Small c cup and the other day I noticed that they have grown into a D cup.
  On sept 20th I had to go see my doctor because for about 10 days I was getting this pain in my right testicle it started right after a good time with the wife,so I called my doctors office and they gave me an appointment for with in the hour,after an exam I was told that I had whats called EPIDIDYMITIS of the right testicle and was put on 500 MG of Cipro 2 times a day for 10 days but also he wanted blood and urine to confirm,at first my wife was in a lot of trouble because one way to get it is through an STD,I am glad I kept my mouth shut until the tests came back because it was caused by some kind of bacteria in my urinary track,the Cipro knocked it right out..
 Today the wife and I had another great time and about a half hour after I came it started again,except the pain is now in my left testicle,this time I called the doc right away and like last time I expected an appointment right away,nope not till Mon Nov 5Th at 11am and was told if the pain gets worse or I feel I cant wait I am more than welcome to go to the ER..

          could this infection be causing my hormone levels to go wacko is this why my moobs might have grown......and should I not wait till Monday and go to the ER today or should I just wait till Monday..what would you do??-

Go the doctor now....if you haven't already.

Epidydymitis is nothing to mess around with.  I had a case back in college.  Went to the doctor and Cipro knocked it out.   I was back home over the summer and got another bout of it.  I was too embarrassed to bring it up to my parents for a week.  The next week I got appendicitis.  Obviously it was unrelated, but while in the hospital recovering I admitted to the doctor I was having testicle pain.  By that point it had gotten so bad they had to give me IV antibiotics to treat it. It grew to the size of a small potato.  I was in the hospital for 4 more days.  I ended up losing a testicle because of it.

If I just would've got Cipro right off the bat I would have been fine.

Obviously my case was unusual.  Waiting so long compounded with my body fighting two infections didn't help.  For about 5 years afterward I was paranoid about losing 'the other engine.'  My urologist told me he'd immediately call in a Cipro Rx the day I had symptoms.

Knock on wood I haven't had another bout for 20 years and the other one functioned fine (have two kids).

Go to a doc in the box if you have to, but don't wait.

As far as the gynecomastia, I don't know if one has anything to do with the other.   My urologist thought it was from a bacterial infection.
