Before I bore you here are some post op pictures:

Day 7:

Levick's op photo:

I am pretty happy with the whole experience so far. Levick's team has treated me very well throughout but I will hold off praising him until I see the final result. The actual surgery was very smooth and there is not a lot to talk about. It was weird being in post op room because I woke up and thought where the hell am I. Kinda got freaked out when I woke up I had an oxygen mask on, I thought it all went wrong and my blood pressure went up quite a lot but all was fine. They asked me if I was cold when I woke up and I said yes because I was shivering. Turns out it was just my body waking up! I had very little post op pain, the only pain I have had is when I stretched my arms too much. Getting out the drains isn't great but the pain only lasts a few seconds so wasn't that bad.

I am happy with the outcome so far, can't tell you how nervous I was getting about taking off the bandages. I am now gyne free! The only concern I have is with the creasing in the nipples, just hope time will heal it.

I can't see your pics as I'm at work mate, but don't worry about your nipples. Your chest will fill out in the coming weeks.

WOW amazing results. If you don't mind me saying; your case was pretty severe but Dr Levick seems to have done a top job! just eat right, get rest and let the healing begin :) also, try not to look at your chest in the mirror too much, I found that the less I look the less I think

What? Were they eating Steak tartar while operating on you?!?

Just joking. I always think it's funny when they place all the excised stuff on the patient for a photo.

I think the results will be nice. Your skin is shrinking as we speak. Just hang tight for a while!

Looking good... How's the pain point of you? I'm 18 days post op, and still get
Occasional sharp pain through out the day. Your Looking good though, nice and flat.. Weird recovery rollercoaster.

cheers :) Yes I would say I am still getting some pain but not bad or anything. Mostly its when I am over stretching but can be just when I am sitting down.  How much pain are you in? I would contact Karidis if you are concerned.

Looking good so far. It's early days, the swelling will appear even after a few weeks but it's all part of the process. Once that starts to reduce your well on your way. Gotta be happy so far.

I have swelling already :) Fingers crossed it won't be that much worse, from some of the pictures people have posted it doesn't seem noticeable. Going to ask Levick if I need to massage at all, I would rather prefer just leave it all alone.

Wow you had alot of gunk removed!
Well done for having the balls to step up and get something done about it.
Keep us posted, I went with Levick too and though I had a hematoma if the final result is anything like my right side I'll be ecstatic.

I can't believe that its been so long since my last post, sorry!

Its been just under a year since I had my consultation with Levick, all I can say is that it was probably the best decision of my life.
I no longer think about it daily and I do definitely feel a lot less constrained then I used to.

I will get some pictures up shortly as it certainly helpded me out seeing other peoples pictures with the whole process.
