The photos are small and there are not sufficient views to make an accurate determination.  However, you do appear to have some mild excess tissue on your chest.

It may be possible that some exercise and diet would improve it to the point where you would be satisfied and content.  Alternatively, you could wear a snug compression shirt to provide better contour.  Your final option would be surgery,

I agree with Dr. Jacobs. It looks like you have mild gynecomastia.  A little more muscle and a little less fat could improve the appearance of your chest, but if the nipples puff out more than the picture shows when you're warm, it's unlikely that that aspect of your problem would improve.

Thank you doctors. At present the nipple doesn't puff out more than
Shown in the picture. What I have on my mind is at present I'm not sure about the
Surgery. What I feel is I should wait for another, 6month to 1 year. And if it still bothers
Me then I don't think there is a better option than surgery. After making that decision
My next challenge will be to find a good surgeon. As of now my decision should be wait
And be healthy

There is absolutely no harm in waiting -- this is certainly not an emergency condition!  During your waiting time, try to diet and exercise and get into better shape -- it can only help.

Good luck!
