Serrapeptase
Has anybody tried Serrapeptase post-op to help deal with the scar tissue?
There are lots of positive articles about it online but it would seem a lack of trials/scientific evidence.

Not heard of it before, but sounds similar to arnica etc. I wouldnt bother with any sort of alternative medicine.
