3 and a half months post op - scar tissue

Hi doctors,

I had surgery 14 weeks ago. Under one of my nipples I have a hard lump that is pushing my nipple up and out slightly.Is this quite common, is it likely to be scar tissue?

What you feel may be scar tissue, but it's difficult to say for sure without knowing more detail about your surgery, what your condition was like, seeing photos, and actually examining you.  Your surgeon would have the best idea of what it is.
