There are several photos some of which show a fair amount of irregularity and some look close to acceptable.From the dates they are all from the last several days.If the chest softens and there are substantial irregularities I think it would be good to address those areas.If the areas are firm there is still some scar/clot present that will continue to mature and possibly flatten I would sit tight for a bit , it is tough to definitively tell without an examination where you are at this moment.

Thanks Dr. Pensler for your detailed feedback. I see some kind of  small depression on right side.. do you see that? would lipo suction solve my issue? or do I need fat flaps?
