Im new here, was thinking of getting surgery with Karidas, my gynecomastia is how yours was really maybe a little worse, i was wondering how long it took for you to take off the vest after surgery?

Welcome to the forum

I can't explain how much happier I am now, Alex Kardis has done a fantastic job.. I'm over the moon with my results! I will be updating my forum soon, as I've just gone past my 6 month pre opp

As for the Vest, the vest will need to be on for 2 weeks 24/7 ( you can take off for showers) and then after that, 2 weeks at night time only

hello once again! Im back! Thought i will update you all with my progress! So its been about 10 months! I actually cant believe how fast its gone.. I guess i am enjoying life for once! =D no regrets at all.. as i keep saying its changed my life.. and still cant explain how much happier i am .. so ill upload a picture now to show you how my chest is =D still haven't hit the gym yet! =[

Alex karidis after care was amazing on the day of surgery.. Couldn't ask for any better.. Was always checked on, lovely food, amazing staff.. There wasn't no aftercare from the day after, there isn't any need anyways, you have a check up 6 weeks after the operation and then a following check up about 7 months after the opp.. I was happy with everything about karidis couldn't ask for anything else.

Looking better than me we had our surgery within weeks of each other if i remember correctly, ive unfortunately gained weight since the op and also didnt do any massaging. To people reading, dont gain weight after having this surgery and massage your dam pecs.

Hi everyone, im another new one to this forum, after years of putting up with my moobs im finally looking into getting them done.
this forum has been so much help already and given me confidence to go ahead, does karadis do his operation purely through liposuction or does he also cut into the nipple?
