 Hello Iam writing because I new people advice or see what they think , I have puffy nipples for size . I'm 6'2 almost like 205 pounds , Iam not that fat but Iam " slim fat " as people would say I just wanna post some pictures and see what you guys think is it worth surgery or the wait ?!

What do you think? You're posting here so obviously it's on your mind. I'm no expert because my case seemed to be one of the most mild on this forum.

But even so, it was devastating to my anxiety.

From the photos I'd say if you're not happy, then you have a case for surgery.

How would you feel with a flat chest? Can you imaging yourself feeling much better? If so then I say go for it....
